Administrative Assistant – Part-time (8-10 hours per week)

The Jewish Community Foundation of Calgary (JCFC), a registered not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Calgary, Canada and Israel. We help donors give back to the communities they care about in ways that are simple, convenient and lasting. Your attention to detail, strong communication and computer skills will assist us in ensuring we manage these funds with care in accordance with our investment policies, guidelines and procedures.

Reporting to the Foundation Manager, your duties will include data entry for donations grants and accounts payable, issuing of tribute cards, filing and general administrative tasks. Flexible hours of approximately 8-10 hours per week.

Qualifications: Some Post-Secondary education and related experience. Experience working in non-profit sector preferred. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office. Experience with Foundant Technologies software would be an asset.
